The Stevens Estate makes a beautiful setting for a wedding reception and ceremony. With multiple unique spaces to use for your special day, create an experience that is truly “you two, and nobody else”. Choose the magnificent parlors, the manicured lawn or the airy Garden Room to celebrate your exchange of vows. Enjoy 153 acres of stunning property for your photographs. Allow guests to mingle with a combination indoor and outdoor cocktail hour on the terrace, lawn or inside the mansion. Share a delicious meal provided by some of the finest caterers around and dance the night away under the stars or inside the mansion.

PEAK SEASON – May to October

Each season has its own unique beauty at The Stevens Estate. Choose a bright, Spring day with splashes of color from spring flowers, a long Summer afternoon with blue skies and light breezes, or a dramatic Fall backdrop with rich autumnal colors and contrasts for your special day.

  1. CEREMONY – A Formal ceremony with elegant white lawn chairs on the manicured lawn

  2. COCKTAIL HOUR – A sophisticated affair inside the mansion, on the terrace or on the lawn

  3. RECEPTION – Under an elegant peaked tent atop a cobblestone terrace next to the lawn

Enjoy exclusive use of the estate for your wedding with a 4.5 hour Cocktail Hour and Reception package, plus setup and breakdown time. Add another 30 minutes for your ceremony with elegant white garden chairs, set up on the ceremony lawn. The luxurious bridal and groom’s suites on the second floor of the mansion are also yours for two hours, prior to your ceremony.

Rental of the mansion and grounds for your reception includes the services of a professional Event Manager to plan, detail and manage your event. The rental fee includes use of our peaked 100’ x 40’ tent, custom made parquet dance floor, two bar set-ups, chandeliers and twinkle lights. The rental fee also includes dining and cocktail tables, china, glassware and utensils (up to 250ppl), tablecloths and a variety of napkin colors. Chiavari chairs are not included in the rental fee but can be rented for the tent at $5.50 each.

OFF-PEAK SEASON – Late October to April

From late Fall to Early Spring, enjoy exclusive use of the mansion’s first floor rooms and suites for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Host informal receptions for up to 180 people or dinners for 100 in the grand rooms and hallways and decorate the house as you would your own. Enjoy use of the Bridal and Groom’s suites for two hours before your ceremony. The Stevens Estate in Winter is a magical wedding destination.   1. CEREMONY – The ceremony takes place in the grand setting of the mansion’s parlors or on the lawn.

  2. COCKTAIL HOUR – A sophisticated affair inside the house with stationary and passed hors d’oeuvres.

  3. RECEPTION – An informal reception in the grand setting of the house or a formal reception in the Garden Room.
